What can the AI assistant do?

Our AI assistant can help you with:

Is my data used to train the AI?

No. We do not use your personal data or conversations to train our AI models. Your data remains private and isolated to your account.

How do I connect Google Calendar?

What permissions does Heightss need?

We only request the minimum permissions necessary:

• calendar.events: To create and manage investment-related events

We only access events created by Heightss. We do not read your existing personal calendar events.

How do I disconnect Google Calendar?

You can disconnect at any time:

• Go to your Profile Settings in Heightss, or
• Visit Google Account Permissions

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take security seriously:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• SOC 2 Aligned: Our security controls follow SOC 2 Type II standards
• No Data Selling: We never sell your personal data
• MFA Available: Multi-factor authentication for account protection

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You have full control over your data:

• Delete individual entries (journal, notes) anytime
• Export your data in a portable format
• Request complete account deletion via email

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, Heightss is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you can add it to your home screen and use it like a native app!
