By accessing or using Heightss ("Service"), operated by Heightss ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Heightss is an AI-powered conversational investment platform designed to help users in India with:

AI Calendar Integration: Scheduling investment-related events via Google Calendar
Trading Journal: Personal journal for tracking investment decisions
Community Features: Engaging with other investors
News & Analysis: Market news aggregation and AI-powered analysis

Eligibility

Must be 18+ with legal capacity

To use Heightss, you must:

1Be at least 18 years of age
2Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
4Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Terms

Your responsibilities for account security

Account Creation

You may register using your Google account or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at heightss@heightss.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

One Account Per User

Each user may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

Acceptable Use

What you cannot do on our platform

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or fraud
Share false, misleading, or deceptive investment information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of content and trademarks

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Heightss and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Google API Usage

How we use Google services

Heightss uses Google API Services for authentication and calendar integration. By using these features, you agree to:

Scope of Access

Google Calendar Events: Read and write access to create and manage investment-related calendar events
Basic Profile Information: Email address and name for authentication purposes

Revoking Access

You can revoke Heightss's access at any time through your Google Account Security Settings.

"Heightss's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Heightss does not provide personalized investment advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

AI Limitations

Our AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Always verify information independently before making investment decisions.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content, including market data, news, or user-generated content.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Limitation of Liability

Limits on our legal responsibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Heightss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial decisions made based on information from the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 1,000 if no payment was made)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. If these laws apply, some disclaimers may not apply to you.

Termination

How accounts can be terminated

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at heightss@heightss.com or through account settings.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

How we notify you of updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

Prominent notice on the Service
Update to the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law

Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
